Simplicity, Serenity, & Elegance in FLL
The apartment resides on the top floor of a high-rise structure, offering breathtaking ocean vistas overlooking Hollywood Beach. The vision was to establish an environment reminiscent of “a candlelit dinner”, an intimate and tranquil ambiance. The color scheme embodies a serene aesthetic, accentuated by the extensive use of high-tech materials like tempered glass, matte lacquers, and porcelain slabs with warm tones, complemented with wooden elements inspired by the client’s favored architectural destinations. The strategic alterations of some walls and ceilings were essential for an organized and open layout. This endeavor facilitated the gentle delineation of areas within a unified and organic space, fostering simplicity and refinement. The adoption of sliding walls for the den formed a versatile room that serves diverse spatial requirements. The space oscillates between luminosity and obscurity, entertainment, and quietness where the experience is intricately linked to the perspectives of the ocean.
