This custom modern home began with the original homeowner from Sweden requesting a ‘Scandinavian Feel’ …so, we worked to give her the light and airy feel of Florida paired with Nordic-Inspired finishes. The home was carefully planned with specific function in mind throughout yet delivered with upscale, classic design details for years to come. There are two fully functional kitchen areas that neighbor each other, filled with Miele appliances throughout. Spacious master bath suites separated for two, yet nestled close.
