Perched along the Intracoastal, this mid – century modern residence was redesigned to feel both timeless and deeply connected to its waterfront setting. The design approach centered on architectural lines, organic materials, and an indoor – outdoor flow that captures the essence of retro coastal living.
The curated kitchen palette of walnut, matte lacquered green, and seashell terrazzo (imported from South Carolina) was selected to evoke warmth and texture. We balanced the organic textures with sculptural furnishes in pendant lighting from Italy.
Influenced by the era’s emphasis on simplicity and functionality, each space was thoughtfully composed to feel intentional yet effortless, you really get this when visiting the Den and Bar.
Right off the Den is the Cabana Bath, we wanted to go for a retro yet seductive guest bath. The bath features our stylized Italian cabinetry, paired with an over top gorgeous foliage mural tile backdrop.
Where form follows function, every detail contributes to a sense of calm and refined livability. You get a straight portrayal of this in the home office we designed, featuring a walnut faced pull-down bed closet system.
