L’HERMITAGE in Fort Lauderdale

Expansive condo remodel became more open and fluid with continuous lines. Upon entry, one sees an expansive space showcasing ocean views of ft Lauderdale beach and a hint of kitchen welcome..! The massive kitchen island invites grocery bags and guests galore… the ceiling encountered a great remodel with the white stretch ceiling and long linear lights to brighten and elongate. Kitchen cabinets, featured in both wood laminate topped with uber deluxe metallic champagne uppers, surround Subzero and Wolf appliances. And Wide counters inspire group cooking or deluxe buffets.

The bar continues in the same wood laminate and soft metallic cabinet materials with plenty of open niche space to display and store favorite bottles and glassware. Miele wine refrigeration [under counter] featured below. Cabinets and floating shelf in the living room quietly complement the open area to hold favorite art and cherished pieces.

The neighboring den holds floating cabinetry to blend into the white walls…and not interfere with the bright ocean blue.

Opening the space to give the sea view all the attention it deserves. We worked on making it bright, happy, elegant, and timeless. The kitchen atmosphere with its light wood look and Oro Fenix cabinets matching a beautiful mosaic backsplash and very bright countertops matching the dining room bar. SubZero/ Wolf appliances.

The textured finishes we picked for both TV units that offer a great amount of storage keeping a sleek look.

The Master Bathroom offers a wide counterspace and huge functional storage with contemporary floating cabinets with grooves and minimal handles.
