Condo in The Landings, Delray Beach

There comes a time in the life of a designer where the challenges and obstacles ABOUND. THIS was the kitchen project that likened itself to the “little engine that could..!” with concrete walls, non-moveable electrical panels, steadfast plumbing stacks, and a plethora of multi-angular spaces. The open space enforced modern, non-kitchen cabinetry on the exterior of the island and generous storage on the interior area for a multitude of food prep, cooking, cleaning and serving. Paneled Thermador fridge/freezer neighbors GE monogram cooking, Miele paneled dishwasher neighbors sink base unit. Custom columns and soffit house dramatic lighting and seating area overlooking the ocean.
